General terms and conditions

The terms and conditions apply to each offer, treatment and transaction.

No show policy:

The client should notify if they can’t attend for an appointment as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client fails to comply with this obligation or does not comply in time, the entire amount for the booked treatment will be charged to the client with the exception of illness, accident or corona symptoms.

Payment:

All prices of treatments are indicated on the website at the booking section. The reported prices include V.A.T. The client must pay the treatment and any products in cash or with pin transaction immediately after the treatment has ended.

Liability:

Formosus Pedicure Tilburg is not liable for damages of any kind, arising from incorrect or incomplete information concerning physical disorders and medicational use.

Complaints:

If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, this should be reported as soon as possible, no later than five working days after discovery. If a complaint is justified, the treatment will be re-carried out as agreed. If the complaint cannot be resolved in conversation, the client can file the complaint to the disputes committee at Provoet.
